Job Description

Paid Social and Display Specialist - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - Up to £45,000Want to work with top brands and top Paid and Display budgets Then have a look at this great opportunity as a Paid Social and Display Specialist at an esteemed retail business.Our client is in search of a talented Paid Social & Display Specialist to join their dynamic Performance Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of media planning and buying in Paid Social and Display platforms. Workingclosely with the Agency team and key partners, the Paid Social and Display Specialist will combine a passion for digital with a performance-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Display and Paid Social strategy. This includes managing the budget, optimizing towards KPIs, and setting priorities.
  • Manages the agency relationship, collaborating and providing direction to the media agency team responsible for campaign build and execution.
  • Conducts daily monitoring of performance, analysing data, producing reports, and effectively communicating results to various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plays a key role in informing the long-term strategy, staying current with the digital landscape, and contributing fresh perspectives for innovation opportunities.
  • Works cross-functionally with other departments to understand business objectives, demonstrating a strong commercial understanding to create effective media plans.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, either at a Brand or Agency.
  • Demonstrates confident knowledge of Programmatic advertising, particularly in the form of Paid Social and Display.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.
  • Displays enthusiasm for digital media and a drive for achieving performance/results.
  • Possesses a pro-active attitude to take on new challenges and projects.
