All products are designed and developed by our own inhouse design studio in Sweden.Do you want a great income, flexible working hours and to be your own bossJoin the party and become a REGIONAL MASTER FRANCHISEE in the UK for Swedens largest franchise export company. Various territories are available throughout the UK (Greater London & surrounds, West Midlands & Wales,North West, North East, South East, South West).We also have Local Franchisee opportunities available which require a lower investment. These are smaller exclusive territories within the Regional Master Franchisee territories.Your role:

• You establish and progressively build up a sales team consisting of sales merchandisers and/or local franchisees who will supply local retail stores in your territory with Card Group products.
• Your team have their own assigned territories and they provide a sales and merchandising service to their stores (convenience stores, supermarkets, newsagents, stationary stores, bookstores, flower stores, party stores etc.)
• You are responsible for developing and growing your territory ongoing, general administration and bookkeeping, stock management and storage, team recruitment, team training and ongoing support to your team.
• Products are supplied to stores on a consignment basis. There is no risk for stores as they only pay for what they sell, they dont have to invest in stock. This no risk method of supply makes it easier to acquire new stores.

Your profile:

• You have strong sales and/or senior management working experience.
• You have or previously had experience in positions such as Managing director, Sales director, Sales Manager, Head of Retail, Business Development manager, General Manager etc
• You enjoy the world of retail
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the passion and drive to succeed
• You have a desire to run your own business and you are results driven.
• No previous experience within franchising or the greeting cards sector is needed as we provide all the training and support needed.

You require:

• Ability to finance working capital of approximately GBP£ 40 000 - 60 000
• The above amount includes the initial once off Regional Master Franchise fee.
