Oracle Fusion ERP Support Analyst £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits Manchester, HybridPermanentWe are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Support Analyst to join a well-known organisation in the Northwest. Our client is one of the most recognisable names in the UK and they have a forward-thinking, modernised culture with excellent progressionand development opportunities.Role overview:

  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Stay current on Oracle Fusion updates and industry best practices.
  • Managing 3rd line support tickets with the outsource provider.
What you would bring:
  • Strong experience in supporting an Oracle ERP environment for a large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and their integration.
  • Solid configuration experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay current on Oracle Fusion updates and industry best practices.
