An Oracle Developer is required for our client based in Manchester for an initial 12 month fixed-term contract (potential to extend). This is mainly a remote position with onsite presence as and when required (at least once quarterly for meetings).Oracle Developer - About the roleOur client is looking for an experienced Oracle Developer with a minimum of 4 years experience in developing modern applications. You will be required to have experience in the following areas:* Experience in developing in Oracle Apex versions 18, 19 and 20* Modern front end development using Oracle APEX* Oracle Apex customised templating experience and working with CSS and HTML* JavaScript* Experience in REST Web Services* Oracle database 11g, 12c 18c and 19c* SQL and PL/SQL* Query Performance Tuning.* Worked with database tool SQL Developer* Database design* Proficiency in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of applications in Oracle Application Express.* Writing Technical design documents and developing unit test documents.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work within team environment and independently when needed.* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people at all levels.
