The role involves collaborating with different stakeholders to shape, report, and evaluate operational resilience pillars,engaging with senior leaders to map critical business services, developing impact tolerances, managing incidents, conducting post-incident reviews, and ensuring business continuity plans are robust. Additionally, as an Operational Resilience Manager you will be analysing threats, monitoring risks, and staying updated on regulatory requirements.
