Job Description

Position - Nursing Content Lead ManchesterHybrid£42,000 - £52,000 pro rataPart time - 3 days a weekOur client is a quickly scaling and innovating in the EdTech space. They are about to diversify into the nursing sector, providing an online platform for nursing students to utilise during their studies.In line with this, the successful candidate should be passionate about education. They should be an independent, reliable and professional person with a keen eye for detail and proven experience working with content.If you are or have been a nurse, have a passion for education and maybe have worked in the education sector, this could be the something different you are looking for!Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the content creation processes from inception, through to quality assurance.
  • Organising content delivery schedules for new topics.
  • Organising and preparing highly detailed academic content.
  • Coordinating student and academic consultants to curate and create content, managing delivery and ensuring quality is maintained.
  • Working with external stakeholders, including publishers and content writers to source content.
  • Converting written text to accurate voiceover.
  • Editing and reviewing content, delivering professional quality outputs for multiple platforms.
  • Quality assuring content and assets to ensure accuracy.
  • Consulting on new experience and lessons withing the platform.
Skills / Requirements:
  • Undergraduate Nursing Degree - BSc (Hons) or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written with the ability to translate complex information into plain English.
  • A wide vocabulary, editing and proofing skills.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • An understanding of pedagogy, learning styles and a passion for education.
Package:
  • Contracted FTE: 0.6 (3 days per week)
  • Salary: FTE £42,000-52,000 per annum. (£25,200 - £31,200 Part Time equivalent)
  • Equivalent of 23 days annual leave (including public holidays in England and Wales). Plus, an additional one discretionary day holiday for every year of employment.
  • Flexible working hours. 7:30 - 8:45 start
  • Remote working hybrid option.
  • EMI share options scheme.
