Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA)Ref: BM023My client is an established energy performance firm who aim in todays world to optimise commercial properties energy efficiency through energy performance solutions. My client is looking to recruit a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their team in ManchesterNDEAs will be responsible for carrying out assessments, reviewing relevant documentation and specifications from clients, conducting onsite visits, and assessing the property, identifying the energy sources.NDEAs will be responsible for the analysis of the data collected from these onsite inspections, using SBEM analysis, to produce high quality reports outlining recommendations for improved performance and reducing consumption.
