Job Description

Domus Recruitment are working closely with a well-established Housing Association based in Manchester who specialise in ABEN and Temporary Accommodation, providing an array of property services to a selection of Local Authorities, the Home Office, landlordsand tenants.We are looking for 2 x Neighbourhood Housing Officers to manage a portfolio of roughly 100 properties, within the Greater Manchester area. This role involves remote working from your patch to provide direct support to your tenants. You would manage your owncaseload.Key Responsibilities of a Neighbourhood Housing Officer:

  • Conduct property induction with tenants ensuring all items with are replaced/repaired as required in line with the inventory procedure
  • Conduct monthly inspections reporting back on defects required
  • Ensure the properties are maintained according to Health and Safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Make recommendations to line manager regarding any relocations of tenants and termination of properties to provide more efficient use of portfolio/void management
Requirements:
