Job Description

MINOR WORKS ADMINISTRATORCarbon60 are looking to recruit a Minor Works Administrator to work for an industry leading Facilities Management company in Manchester.ROLE: Minor Works AdministratorLOCATION: ManchesterPAY RATE: £15 p/hJOB TYPE: Temp to permHOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday. Office based.THE ROLE:

  • Provide support to minor works such us purchase orders, general contract administration and management of documentation on the CAFM system.
  • Attendance to WIP meetings.
  • Production of accurate regular management information based upon Workflow Data.
  • Train all staff to a high standard on all administration related systems.
  • Provide quick turn around on quotations to be submitted to the client.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
  • Skilled in Helpdesk call processing.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative.
  • Preferably Maximo trained.
  • Preferably experience of using SAP & Coupa finance and purchasing systems.
  • Proficient in a range of IT systems
