Job Description

Becoming a Microsoft 365 & Azure Developer with Smart DCC:Fantatstic opportunity to secure an initial 6 months contract, with good scope for extension, as a Microsoft 365 & Azure Developer based in Manchester, London or Ruddington with partial remote working available. The Microsoft 365 & Azure Developer roleis key member to the delivery of all technical solutions based on the Office 365 features, functionality, and applications.What youll be doing:Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with project delivery requirements and work with the Change team and Capita to ensure all changes are managed effectively between all teamsTake responsibility for technical delivery and Assist with the design of technical solutionsImplement technical solutions and upgrades in accordance with the agreed designs and collaborate with the Project Management team to assure successful deliveryWork closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectationsWork closely with colleagues and suppliers to assist in the continual development of the team and maintain up to date technical knowledge in the Office 365 environmentCommunication with all relevant groups of employees depending on the level of change and maintain professional levels of documentation regarding processes, scripts and reportingWhat were looking for:

  • Extensive experience developing Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Experience with set-up and configuration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams and Features and functionality of the Office 365 Wider product set (Covering Enterprise SKUs)
  • Microsoft Cloud Security offerings and configuration of Microsoft Teams collaboration and integrations
  • Creation and development of Microsoft Power Platform integrations
  • Support and Management of Azure Active Directory (AAD)
  • Experience of Document Management, Content Management and Collaboration
  • Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Information and Identity Protection and proven experience of improving SecureScore
