They think in our clients shoes, as part of a team - effective business people as well as efficient lawyers.OUR REQUIREMENTSYour role as MI Analyst will be working within the HR core project team to deliver a new HR System, responsible for supporting activities relating to the migration of data from the legacy system to the new solution, testing & validation, working with the business to ensure continuity of reporting capability plus the design and implementation of enhanced management information. DUTIES* Map legacy data to the required formats, identify and create reports for data extraction* Ensure the integrity of the migrated data through comprehensive data cleansing and data validation* Work with the 3rd party supplier or implementation partner to ensure successful loading of data into the new system* Support and participate in the User Acceptance Testing and related activities* Work with the HR team and business to identify reporting requirements, build and automate the identified requirements in the new system* Support the creation of a suite of dashboards in the new HR System to assist the HR team and the wider business in accessing key HR data on demandKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (BESPOKE TO ROLE)You will have:* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the data migration process and potential issues* Strong MS Excel skills, highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data as required. Experience of working with and creating macros would be advantageous* Proven track record of delivering reports and dashboards using HR/people data* Positive customer service ethos, ensuring high levels of service are delivered at all times, responding promptly to project requirements or requests* Strong attention to and desire to operate at a high level of detail* Ability to work collaboratively or independently* Ability to work to tight deadlines* Good communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the business* Previous experience of working a HR system implementation in an Analyst capacity would be advantageousAddleshaw Goddard is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and communities.EXPECTATIONSThis role profile should be read in conjunction with the Expectations for AG Level 2.
