Job Description

The main objective of this role is to maximise sales by ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time and to support the merch team with analysis and reporting. As an MAA you will support with weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, as well asad-hoc administrative duties for the wider merchandising team. This role will also work closely with other internal teams such as buying, design, garment tech & warehouse teams.Client DetailsA leading ladies fashion Ecommerce business who have been trading for more than 10 years.   • Running key trading reports weekly and monthly & any ad hoc analysis needed
  • Maintaining all auto-replenishment parameters & reviewing replenishment quantities weekly to ensure stock levels are set to maximize sales across all territories
  • Analysing and reporting on stock, markdown, sales, intake and margin for the team
  • Accurately uploading markdowns and promotions onto the system
  • Create purchase orders and support the other merchandisers in PO management
  • Managing the Delivery Schedule to ensure all stock is in the business on time
  • Owning the whole PO process, from raising POs to delivering the POs into the warehouse.
  • Review master PO splits to ensure the correct amount of stock is arriving into the correct channel to maximize sales
  • Leading Critical Path meetings and ensuring all newness & rebuys are adhering to Delivery Dates
  • Key Point of contact for freight forwarders & company suppliers
  • Familiarise yourself with category and style performance to be able to make informed decisions within your day-to-day role * Working with peers to support planning team as a whole
  • Liaising with QC teams to chase gold seals
  • Build strong relationship with BAA, Garment Techs & the Designers
  • Support cross divisionally where required and work with others to achieve maximum results
  • Liaising with the Distribution Centre providing support
