Job Description

Marketing - up to £25,000 + BenefitsOne of Manchesters fastest-growing SaaS organisations, which have recently received their series B funding, is looking to recruit a unique role; a Marketing Systems Executive.Key Responsibilities

  • System & integration configuration & maintenance: Salesforce, Pardot, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Insights / Navigator, Data Studio, Natterbox/Dialler, Vimeo, Zoom/Webinars, Crossbeam.
  • Build extensive knowledge of marketing operations and best practices. processes, and buyers journey alignment, and how these deliver KPIs (MQLs and SQLs)
  • Develop plan for improvements to marketing tech stack to drive marketing activity, lead generation & business growth.
  • Improve user engagement and best practice adherence across systems
  • Coordinate system and integration requirements with related teams, including sales, operations and customer success
  • Develop & maintain reports and dashboards as required by sales & marketing to understand campaign & business performance.
  • Document and refine key marketing processes/functions relating to systems.
  • Consult and advise as an expert on marketing systems for the wider business
Person Specification
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business management/business systems / IT or other relevant experience/interest.
  • Growth motivated and looking to start a career in tech/marketing/IT
  • Passion for technology, automation and smart problem-solving
  • Strong strategic, technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience of any CRM or other relevant systems advantageous (but all training provided if necessary)
