Job Description

A Marketing Effectiveness Analyst is required to join an award winning, digitally innovative business based in Bolton. You will join their dynamic marketing department and work in their state of the art HQ.   • Support the wider team by ensuring data integrity and completeness
  • Be inquisitive and ask the right questions when working with other marketing teams and identify opportunities by interrogating large datasets
  • Work with key stakeholders to build and monitor KPIs and help automate the reporting mainly in the form of dashboards
  • Be at lynchpin within a team that identifies how they determine success across the marketing department
  • Work across the marketing and commercial teams to ensure that insights are translated into actions and present this in an easy to understand format
    • The ideal candidate will have the following background:
  • A track record of interrogating data and identifying trends
  • Experience with Microsoft office (particularly Excel) to a high standard
  • Experience and a deep understanding of analytics solutions including either Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Inquisitive and willing to question the status quo
  • Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
