Every year we manage hundreds of research projects across the country, helping our clients to make meaningful connections with their consumers and gain valuable insights.We deliver projects on a wide range of subjects from investments and sustainability to shopping habits and toilet roll, there will not be a topic you dont learn about!So, whats the jobYour day will involve the organisation of market research projects, usually being held at various locations around the country, or more recently via Zoom!Building relationships with clients and suppliers is key, as you will need to work in partnership to get the project done. An eye for detail should also be your thing, as being able to interpret briefs and ask the right questions to make sure that you understandevery part of a project is essential.You will manage multiple projects at once, so you need to be comfortable with quickly changing your focus and flexing your working day to meet project demandssometimes the unexpected happens and we need you to be cool, calm and collected when it does.When a new project arrives, you will be responsible for all aspects of its delivery, from the initial briefing with the client, creating a screener (essentially a questionnaireif you are new to the industry) to find the people that the client wants to speakto, it could involve arranging venues and will always involve communicating with our recruitment team when the job is being recruited. You will need to manage client expectations, giving frequent updates on progress and being honest about any obstacles youare facing to ensure that the project is successfully delivered on time.We are a group of smart and passionate people who genuinely want to deliver the highest levels of insight and service to our clients across research, recruitment, viewing, and field.
