We are seeking a driven and motivated scientific professional to join a market-leading scientific company in this hybrid office/homebased role.The primary focus of your role is to streamline and enhance a customers "first contact" experience. You will specialise in customer service - making sure that all important initial contact with prospective clients is positive. You will use your relationshipbuilding skills - developing a timely and strong rapport to ascertain key technical and commercial facets for your sales colleagues to address when they follow-up your call.Previous customer focused experience is key, as is the ability to lead a team from the front setting an example to aspire to. A science background is key - analytical chemistry experience highly beneficial.Due to the large territory covered - EMEA - a significant % of remote working will be considered. The ability to speak another language, French/German/Spanish would be highly beneficial.
