Job Description

Would you like to lead the creative for a forward-thinking innovative business Youll join an established and honest textile manufacturer who really look after their employees. They are looking for a Lead Creative to help drive their brand image acrossall communications.The Ideal Candidate

  • Youll need to have worked in a creative industry for a multi-generational market.
  • Motivating, passionate and driven, do these qualities describe you
  • Executing and driving effective campaigns that connect with your audiences.
  • A proven ability to work across Adobe creative suite.
  • Youll also have experience in ensuring all budgets are maintained across the team.
  • Theyre very proud of their brand and want to hire someone who embodies their core values (progressive, proud, and together).
The Job
  • As a Lead Creative, youll create the strategy that drives in more revenue.
  • Leading a team of creatives, you will brief and sign off all design concepts.
  • Great at visually producing and presenting ideas and concepts.
  • Creating and executing all marketing strategies including effective campaigns.
  • This includes creating content with their graphic designers for their, social media, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
  • Naturally, youll support the wider teams in driving the brands image.
  • Develop USPs, communicate the vision and values, and promote the business as you see fit.
