Either way, we would love to hear from you and talk to you about the role and where you would like to take your career within the business.This role is working in a fast paced company offering software products to a global client base, and you will undertaken various exciting projects with various customers and be given the opportunity to shine and develop but also receive relevant training in areas of the product you will be unfamiliar with.Objective of RoleTo ensure timely delivery of software products and modules in accordance with customer contractual requirements in a fast paced and innovative environmentPosition- Reports to Head of Operations- Direct regular contact with new and existing customers- Occasional travel to customer sites when requiredJob ScopeProject Management- Small to medium sized projects- Analyse and document initial scope of project via Statement of Works/ SOW- Assign owners and responsibilities across tasks- Highlight risks & assumptions throughout the project- Define clear project objectives with clients and colleagues- Ensure key success criteria is detailed for each client rollout- Compile project plan tasks and dates- Communicate plans to all relevant parties- Monitor and ensure efficient, timely project delivery to a high standardProject Quality- All project deliverables must meet customer expectations- Strong communication is key to this role- You will ensure all relevant risks and issues are communicated correctly against PMO process- Progress reports produced for customer projects- Project tracker owner to provide customer updates on progress- Supporting team members, internal colleagues and clients with ad hoc requestsWork Organisation- Effective prioritisation and meeting deadlines- Excellent organisation of shared PMO area- Reporting on customer progress on project delivery trackers- Proactive, customer focused attitudeQualifications- Preferably Degree level but not essentialProven Experience and Qualities- Working knowledge of Prince2/ Agile methodology and project management principles would be an advantage but not essential- Experience of using Trello and Zendesk advantageous but not essential- Demonstrable organisational skills- Excellent communication skills are essential- Proactive, can-do attitude in a lively team environment
