Youll be at the forefront of our operations, providing crucial support for the lettings of luxury residential accommodationsacross Manchester and beyond.Key Responsibilities: Arrange and carry out on-site and virtual viewings with prospective tenants. Serve as the first point of contact for all applicant queries, offering top-notch service over the phone, in-person, and online. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants. Manage lettings administration, including new tenancies, applications, agreements, and communication logs. Welcome tenants and visitors to our office, exceeding their customer service expectations.What Were Looking For: A proven track record in achieving targets. Self-motivated individuals who are proactive and confident to use their own initiative. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
