Our client offersthe most comprehensive employee assistance programme on the market, giving 24/7 caring and compassionate support services to employers from organisations of all sizes, across the private, public and non-profit sector, to business partners, individual users,employees and their family members.This is a once in a career opportunity for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join a truly Sales Led business, maximising and leading the growth performance at the industry leading EAP and OH provider!Working closely with our graphic designer, youll be involved in the creation of a wide range of market leading collateral to support our campaigns and marketing activities. Youll be a champion for our brand, ensuring all go to market designs are exciting,to our high standard and that they focus on driving conversion. This role requires someone who will continuously push the boundaries of graphic design whilst upholding our key commercial aspects.Day to day responsibilities:

• Creating designs for both digital & print, emails, website landing pages, brochures, display & presentations
• Understand and prioritise design work based on the commercial viability and ROI
• Acting as our internal design agency, providing consultancy, ideas, & design assets to marketing
• Exploring new trends and techniques with the intent of strengthening the marketing team offering
• Working with our in-house content, email and UX teams across projects, collaborating, and using their knowledge to strengthen our core messages
• Producing high quality graphic design outputs with limited information, applying creative flair, current standards, and industry trends

What you bring to the team

• At least 1 years prior experience in a similar role with proven ability to produce high quality work to brief and tight deadlines
• Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Reader
• Knowledge and experience with filming and editing videos, using platforms such as After Effects, Premiere pro, Media Encoder and Audition would be desirable but not essential
• Basic understanding of UX design and theory
• High attention to detail and excellent problem solving
• Good communication, organisational & time management skills
• The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
