We help you to interpret the practices and principles of OKRs and embed them in the most impactful way for your businessAs a Junior Consultant, you will be working alongside one of our Senior Consultants You will support them on client projects and also you will have the responsibility of owning the most precious thing we have - our methodology.This means that when changes are made, you’ll be the one to make them. We take a "software-style" approach to how we manage our methodology which means you’ll own the release roadmap so updates are scheduled.Being a small team, we all have to pitch in so you’ll also have responsibility for account management. That means managing onboarding and then maintaining the relationship after their project has finished. We are pretty much a zoom-powered team so it’s vital that you are able to work remotely and can keep your focus even when Netflix or daytime TV is calling.There will be a need for you to spend some time with us in person so it’s important you are local to the North West. We work with some amazing clients all around the world (places like Argentina, New Zealand, Singapore, North America) so you will find yourself working outside the regular 9-5 sometimes. Also, when the world opens back up, it’s likely there will be opportunities for international travel.We don’t think it’s the right thing to "get married" right away - you need time to try us out and we do you - so there will be a six-month try-on-for-size period. The experience you will have: Given we are an OKR consultancy, it’s vital that you can demonstrate knowledge of OKRs, even though you may not have worked hands-on with them yet.We also want you to have experience of working with agile project management practices. Advert - Junior Consultant As you are going to be working directly with our clients, alongside our Senior Consultants, it is vital that you have experience of facilitating workshops and delivering presentations.Tools wise, we use G-suite so it would be good for you to have experience of that plus we also run on mac. Experience of using e-learning tools for learning design would be an advantage too.
