IT TrainerUp to £40,000 + BenefitsManchesterDue to continued growth, our client a top 200 Law firm are looking to recruit an innovative and forward thinking trainer to join their IT Team in Manchester.This firm pride themselves on delivering an exceptional level of client care and as a result continue to experience year-on year growth.As the newly appointed IT Trainer, you will be joining a small yet successful team of 7 Legal Trainers ensuring that all employees have the skills needed to succeed in their role.You will deliver induction training for new starters, as well as playing an active role in the firms graduate academy. You will also produce regular training road-mapsfor existing employees and various other development programmes as and when needed.Reporting into the Training Manager, your role will be to design and deliver training for all employees across the firm. In this role no two days will be the same and its vital that you have the adaptability, drive and ambition to deliver training in a proactiveand engaging way.You will design and deliver IT Training courses to all employees, focusing on induction training and the different IT Systems in addition to providing assistance and guidance to ensure new starters perform to the best of their ability.Our client has a unique way of delivering training and you will be expected to play an active role in the delivery of LMS, Webinars, Lectures and workshops. These can be undertaken remotely, face to face or in conjunction.As the newly appointed IT Trainer its vital that you can deliver an exceptional level of training on Proclaim and Microsoft Office packages, the companies Intranet, the Avaya phone system and other deployed software to all new starters, plus role-specificsoftware as relevant. As our client are a specialist Personal Injury firm, its also essential that you can demonstrate a clear and concise understanding of this area of Law.For a Legal Trainer passionate about helping others, this is a fantastic opportunity and exciting time to join the firm. You will work collaboratively with Senior Management, HR and the Training Partner to report on current projects and training needs. Youwill also have full autonomy to produce new IT training material and implement your own ideas from day one.This is no ordinary Legal IT Training role, and our client is looking for an exceptional candidate. Aside from having the experience to deliver training, you will also have a passion for all things Legal IT! you will genuinely want to help others and play ahuge part in seeing them succeed and reach their full potential.You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in delivering training to groups of all sizes in addition to an individual basis.
