GMP’s IT team is growing, and we are recruiting an IT Testing Manager. In this exciting role you will develop, manage, and own GMP’s testing function ensuing all IT services and products are successfully tested before release.You will also manage a team of testers both within the IT team and within the wider police force. Working with the IT Senior Leadership team you will drive a culture of continuous improvement in testing, identifying and overcoming challenges to the successfulimplementation of IT systems and software.Your role will be an important one as it will form a critical part of GMP’s journey to outstanding.
