Our client is looking to hire - 2nd Line Support Engineer. Our client are market leaders within their sector / industry and due to continuous growth, this opportunity is one not to miss out on…!You will be a point of escalation for the first line helpdesk and acting as a bridge to escalate tickets to the 3rd line infrastructure team, responding to and managing support tickets within the agreed SLAs.You will be an experienced Support Helpdesk engineer having spent a minimum of 3 years specialising in supporting Windows, Desktop, Mobile devices, and Infrastructure. Key Technical skills required:

  • Active Directory user and computer administration
  • Windows 10 administration
  • Windows Server 2016/2019 server administration
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration including Intune and SharePoint.
  • General Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP, and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
  • The ideal candidate will have a very high level of customer service experience ideally within a multitenant or MSP environment and preferably be Microsoft certified.Core Responsibilities and duties include:
  • Administration and Maintaining of Infrastructure, Services and Applications (AD, DHCP, Windows, Mac, AV, Mobile Phones, Printers and VC etc) across multiple sites.
  • Support, administration, and maintenance of telephony infrastructure into existing and new sites, including VOIP, SIP, hosted telephony and traditional analogue lines and broadbands.
  • Maintaining security across the estate, using the Qualys Vulnerability detection tools, and ensuring updates take place.
  • Monitor and Maintain servers, software, and services.
