Your duties will include; preparing official forms for UK, European and international patent and design applications, dailymonitoring of diary prompt schedules, amending correspondence, specifications (including using tracked changes), using the internal database to look up case/client information, preparing papers/bundles for oral proceedings, assisting with diary management,scheduling meetings, organising business travel arrangements, liaising with clients and the EPO directly, supporting additional project work, preparing invoices, assisting with file management.Send your CV for immediately review.Required skills
