Job Description

Immediate start: Are you a skilled and experienced internal recruiter looking for a new challenge Were recruiting for an internal recruiter to join a company based in Eccles on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role is paying £25,000 per annumwith no weekends and hybrid working up two days from home. As an internal recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select top talent for a variety of positions within the organisation. You will play a key role in shaping the companys workforce and drivingits success.Please note were only accepting applications from candidates who can start on Monday if successful. What will you be doing as an Internal Recruiter

  • Handling calls and making outbound calls to candidates.
  • Sourcing candidates and matching them up to job roles.
  • Screening candidates to qualify them for the position.
  • Short listening candidates and presenting them to the hiring managers.
  • Right to work and reference checks.
  • Asist in any HR related duties.

  • Recruitment background is preferred or CIPD.

  • Can work in a fast pace environment.
