HRIS Implementation Project Manager role, 6 month contract paying £400 - £500 per day (out of IR35) or FTC equivalent.Our client is a national organisation which is on an exciting growth trajectory and as such requires an experienced HRIS specialist to support in the implementation of a new HRIS system. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading the implementationof HRIS systems including:Working with the Leadership team to finalise the systemBuild, develop, map and test HR workflows, processes and policiesEnsure system capability for all hr processesManage the design and migration of dataDesign and provide training and support to internal users The successful candidate will have a solid HR Systems Implementation background and be a completer/finisher. Strong communication skills with internal stake holders and external system providers is also essential. Based on a 6 month contract and paying a dayrate out of IR35, you will expect to be in the office (just outside Manchester city centre) c 1 day per week and this position is to start ASAP.
