Ashley Kate are working with a leading name in the professional services sector on their search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester city centre. The ideal candidate will have stronggeneralist experience and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business.The role: ·Provide advice and guidance to managers at all levels ·Coaching and guiding line managers across a wide range of people issues such as talent management, engagement, succession planning and performance management. ·Support on employee relation matters such as disciplinaries and grievances ·Flexible working requests across the business ·To support cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, budget planning and the annual reward cycle. ·Work with colleagues across the wider HR Function to drive innovation and continuous improvement, creating and revising policies, procedures and processes that reflect best practice ·Support on ad hoc HR project work around change and HR initiatives such as well being, and engagement.The person: ·Strong HR generalist ·Ability to work well as a team as well as having the initiative to work autonomously ·Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards ·Ability to build relationships across all areas of the business at all levelIf you are interested or would like to find out more, apply now or contact Georgia on or email
