What you will doOur primary objective is the growth of recurring revenue. The team manager role is a key position to directly lead a team of Internal Sales Advisors focused on driving deficiency & product Sales, the team manager will be responsible for leading, coachingand driving the team alongside management of the workloads and development of staff.
  • Managing workloads
  • Meeting KPI’s
  • Setting clear team goals and objectives
  • Setting individual Sales targets
  • Undertaking regular monthly individual 121’s
  • Direct & indirect coaching of the team
How you will do it
  • Achieving team monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Achieving set KPIs
  • Coordinating support with quotes and customer communications
  • Championing key strategies/initiatives –strategy and pricing
  • CRM of the complete sales process and opportunity pipeline
  • Working closely with sales and service teams to generate/secure all potential orders.
  • Working closely with Head of Department to drive growth and strategy
