Tech Central is a tech-focused group of teams, working towards PwCs ambition to become the leading technology-enabled professional services firm. Within Tech Central sits the External Innovation Portfolio. Were a group of innovation specialists, strategists,commercial specialists, product managers and developers working together to push the boundaries of whats possible, helping to accelerate innovation and commercialise technology ventures - both within the broader PwC network and for our clients. We do this by equipping PwC network firms and external clients with the latest and greatest innovation tools, specialist skills and tried-and-tested techniques to build structured systems for innovation, to foster innovative cultures, and to supercharge thedevelopment of tech-enabled products and services that address problems facing organisations and society. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:You will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful innovation programmes:

• Co-creating employee-led innovation programmes with organisation leaders, ensuring these programmes are aligned with the organisations strategic objectives
• Supporting in the design and delivery of innovation programmes, including set-up and configuration of PwCs Innovation platform, idea management throughout the application window, and set up and management of idea review processes
• Supporting organisation leaders in setting up their innovation portfolio strategy and portfolio management approach
• Helping develop and continually evolve our library of tools, playbooks and workshops
• Helping to address any issues that clients are facing with the platform and training teams on how to get the most value of of the platform, setting them up for success
• Bringing data skills to support with reporting on user engagement, programme progress and portfolio management
• Continually gathering insight from clients on how our platform can be improved and deliver on client needs, and working directly with our product team as a client champion
• Supporting stakeholder management for some of our biggest clients, building great relationships with our clients and ensuring high quality delivery.
• Support in the incubation of ideas that are surfaced through our programmes, including the delivering design thinking working sessions, including Design Sprints & workshops
• Support in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

EssentialSkills and experience We are looking for someone who has the background and expertise to continually challenge themselves and others to deliver the highest quality, most impactful work for our clients.

• Experience in project/programme and stakeholder management (ideally in consulting, corporate innovation or technology implementation)
• Strong skills in client and account management. Confidence in conversations with senior level stakeholders
• Strong project management experience and ability to set priorities and timelines, manage multiple workstreams and mobilise a team
• Data management, insights and reporting. Comfortable in using Excel and other data visualisation tools in delivering tailored dashboards and reports.
• A strategic, outcome-driven mindset
• Team player: collaborative, inclusive and transparent
• Great communication skills (verbal and written), and able to present complex ideas in a simple and accessible way
• High level of organisation, adaptable to a fast changing environment
• An understanding of innovation methodology and tools

• A well-organised self-starter who takes ownership of solving problems

Skills and experience - Desirable/preferrable

• Some understanding of and interest in innovation methodologies (such as Design Thinking) - or otherwise some entrepreneurial or startup experience (taking ideas and bringing them to life) - to help teams solve problems creatively and find new sources ofgrowth and value
• Experience of change management and SaaS platform implementation
