Most importantly, you will have excellent focus on Customer Service, as youll be interacting with clients on a daily basis. You will also have a keen focus on Network and System Security.Youll need to be able to work autonomously and collaborate well within a team.Responsibilities- Linux/Windows Server builds both in a Data Centre environment and on a cloud based platform- Remote Site Surveys/Installations for our growing client base as part of onboarding process - Supporting our Existing client base using a ticketing system for various technical issues- Occasional site visits required for client base (not common)- Supporting our internal Infrastructure using a ticketing system for various technical issues- Act as an escalation point for IT TechniciansRequirements and Experience- Firewalls (Cisco or Sonicwall, Watchguard, Juniper, Fortinet): Site to Site VPN, ACLs VLANs, QOS- Switches (Cisco or HP, Dell): Etherchannel, VTP, VLANs, STP, QOS- AWS (nice to have, training provided): EC2, VPC, Security Groups, NACLs, Site to Site VPNs- VoIP Fundamentals- CHEF (nice to have, not essential)- Virtual Environments (Proxmox, Vmware, Workspaces)- Linux- Windows 2012, 2019 (including Group Policy)You will have strong opportunity to grow and develop your career and consistently have opportunity to develop in evolving technologies across the networking infrastructure and advancing cloud technologies.
