Are you immediately available We are currently recruiting for our client based close to Manchester for a Income Recovery Officer for a not-for-profit business. You will be working with an amazing team and for a business who are truly passionate about providingexcellent customer service. This is a temporary role working Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, for atleast 5/6 months. This role has an immediate start paying equivalent of GBP32930 pro rota. Previous experience within a similar role is essential! Experiencewithin social housing is preferred. The role requires an excellent communicator both over the telephone and via e-mail with a friendly and empathetic character, with a problem-solving outlook. What will you be doing as a Income Recovery Officer To provide a consistent, excellent rental income service to the Groups customers To ensure that eviction is a last resort and that all other avenues have been exhuasted before proceeding to eviction Prepare and serve legal notices, as well as prepare all legal documentation in accordance with the Rents Pre Action Protocol To work as part of a team responsible for the delivery of a high service to all customers within the specified area If you have the following skills and experience we would LOVE to hear from you: Own laptop/computer and phone is essential as equipment will not be provided however you will be given access to their system Must be computer literate including MS Excel Youre resilient and thick skinned as you will be dealing with complaints and vulnerable customers Empathetic and customer focused Inbound contact centre experience is a MUST Whats in it for you as a Customer Contact Officer GBP32930 pro rota to a 6 month contract Between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week Holiday pay Weekly Pay Free onsite parking Flexible working If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
