The Role - Immunoassay Scientist The location - ManchesterThe Salary - CompetitiveRussell-Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a cellular assay scientist to work for a global third-party testing organisation. Our client is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a background in biopharmaceutical science to join theever-expanding team. Our client has promised a fulfilling career with a competitive salary and excellent progression opportunities.The Role• Providing analytical testing services within pharmaceutical sectors• Performing immunoassays, specifically ADA and PK immunoassays• Ensuring studies meet regulatory standards.• Supporting less senior members of staff with method development and assay validation.• Must be able to communicate with clients, advising strategies to tackle any issues encountered.The Person • Must be confident using ELISA, flow cytometry and transfection assays. • Must be senior scientist level, with experience in immunoassays. Specifically, PK and ADA assays.• Must be confident with method development and method validation in the above techniques.• Will have ideally come from a GLP, GMP or GCP regulated environment. • Will have ideally come from a biopharmaceutical background. • Must have good practical and theoretical knowledge of assay development. • Will have previous experience leading a team/supporting less senior members of staff.
