Job Description

IES Modeller - ManchesterOJ0063Salary up to £35,000Our client is an award winning Energy and Sustainability Consultancy based in Manchester. They are offering an amazing opportunity for an IES Modeller to join on a permanent basis, to work on high-profile projects.To be considered for this IES Modeller role you will:

  • Have experience of using IESVE software (essential)
  • Be computer literate and have a good level of general education, particularly in Maths, Science and English
  • Have an ability to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings
  • Be able to self-manage multiple tasks each day
  • Have experience working with clients
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be self-motivated and able to deal with a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
  • Have a full clean driving licence
Working as an IES Modeller you will be:
  • Running Part L assessments for non-domestic buildings and modelling options to ensure compliance
  • Producing building models using IESVE
  • Running dynamic and simplified overheating risk assessments as well as modelling mitigation methods
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients to ensure all project objectives are met
