Job Title: HR Resourcing Specialist Location: Manchester Salary: £30k - £35k Benefits: hybrid working, generous holidays, fantastic team culture, study support, great central location + many more My client is a global organisation with an office in Manchester and they are looking for a HR Resourcing Specialist to join their team. This role will involve partnering with the senior leadership team, stakeholders and local universities to build the teamfrom an internship perspective. This is a fast paced role and will suit someone who has previously worked within a volume recruitment role internally within a professional services environment. This role also involves adhoc HR duties such as employee relations,general queries and supporting the wider HR team so support the smooth running of the function. More about the role:- Using a variety of methods (including data mining of the internet, Linked In, direct sourcing, online databases, social media, internal database, employee referrals, and career fairs) source candidates that meet the target profile. - Experience of negotiating excellent advertisement rates and also agency terms and conditions - Using screening techniques to reduce the candidate pool. - Compile well thought out and professional job adverts - Arrange interviews - Ensure bank competency questions, interview assessment documentation is sent to the hiring manager. Please ensure the documentation is completed for each interview and returned to Human Resources. - Liaise and engage with Universities for the Placement programme advertising our positions. - Lead managers through the hiring process by ensuring a high level of communication and adherence to talent acquisition process and legalities. - Participate in and attend job fairs and campus recruiting events as a means to obtain a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives - Build bench of qualified candidates for future needs - Manage assigned jobs/folders in applicant tracking system ensuring all applicants are moved correctly and in a timely manner. - Manage the hiring managers to raise ACDs for all new starters approving their requests - Input leaver details into Peoplesoft and terminate all leavers promptly and accurately. - Send out AIT training modules as required. - Collate Apprenticeship Leavy applications.
