You will also lead a small team of HR generalists, the HR Manager will lead on implementing the global people strategy.The HR Manager role will be an operational and strategically aligned HR role partnering with key stakeholders and supporting a multi-discipline customer base - including Corporate & Support Functions and Manufacturing. Working closely with the leadershipteam, you will lead on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with the lens of value-add and true commercially.You will provide leadership and guidance to those teams in the adoption and implementation of a range of new HR focuses including company policies and procedures, performance management, employee engagement, and culture and talent development.
