Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Assistant to join the Human Resources department in the not-for-profit sector, assisting with all HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.Client DetailsOur client is a prestigious institution in the education sector with a sizeable employee base.   • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department
  • Handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars
  • Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
  • Performing administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
ProfileA successful HR Assistant should have:
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Practical experience in HR administration
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
