Urbanbubble have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team in Manchester. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £25,000 -£31,000 per annum.We have an exciting opportunity to join the urbanbubble family as a HR Advisor. As a team we all work closely together and share the same values being hardworking, passionate, innovative, effective and professional but do all have fun along the way.We are looking for an organised HR professional. You will be comfortable with all HR processes and have some experience within recruitment processes and interviewing.What we’re looking for in HR Advisor:- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills- Knowledge of current employment law- Experience in Employee Relations- Knowledge of recruitment processes- Ability to work autonomously and independently- Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and with a sense of urgency- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines- Attention to detail, ability to consistently produce accurate work- Ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels of seniority and with external partners- Good influencing skills and ability to ‘manage upwards’ to ensure that processes are adhered to, appropriate actions are taken and deadlines met- IT literate- CIPD qualification (desirable)- Experience of working within an HR team- Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Advisor/Generalist role- Experience of working with an HR system or database- Good knowledge of employment law, employee relations and HR policies & processesUrbanbubble requires people who are professional, hardworking, innovative, passionate; who are effective in their roles and who truly engage with the customer.If you believe you are the right candidate for the role as our HR Advisor,then please click ‘apply’ now!
