This Head of Partnerships role in Manchester is for a property start-up that have huge ambitions to become the one stop shop for all areas of Property. Lettings, BTR, Mortgages, Housing, and Student to name a few.This role will be yours for the taking. If youve got an entrepreneurial spirit, are happy to roll your sleeves up and want to be a key member to establish an important part of the company, then read on.The crux of the role is to pitch and source deals for each department under your lead, as well as to grow and create departments in all verticals of property worth exploring.Its essential that youre from either a Senior Lettings position, or perhaps a Senior Lettings PropTech position where youve had to identify, pitch and win new business worth millions of pounds, and have experience in "account management" and strategic planningto nurture those relationships, and the business.This will enable you to understand the inner weaving of how this company operates, and what you need to be and do to be successful.Responsibilities in a nutshell
