Due to expansion and networking, new Warehouse, South Manchester location, is seeking for Head of Warehouse Operations to join. Salary £Negotiable and full racking of benefits to follow.The role;As of Head of Warehouse Operations you must ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiency and effectively managing personnel and resources.Oversee all staffing requirements ensuring all level are in the line with the business needs and its potential growth. Develop staff to maximize potential.Plan, implement and develop operational strategies, procedures, and systems to maximize operating efficiency. Establish and maintain controls- regulative and procedural. Coordinates the logistics operations, including warehousing activities’-ordinate financialand budget activities for maximum operational efficiency.Review performance data and activity report to monitor and measure productivity.Supporting and developing, with the MD.Developing and implementing internal systems for logistics, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with the MD.
