Head of LettingsAs the Head of Lettings, you will join an established Residential Property Developer and play a crucial role in growing their lettings and property management department. You may be a Lettings Manager looking for your next step, or currently a Lettings Director / Head of Lettings looking for that one place with all that career potential youve been dreaming of!This is your chance to make a significant impact, shaping and expanding the department for future success. Your role will begin quite hands-on, allowing you to leverage your experience in the lettings industry and proven track record in Lettings. You will then lead the lettings team, establish efficient processes and systems, and work closely with the senior board members to develop a strategic roadmap for the departments growth.The main Responsibilities of the ideal Head of Lettings:* Grow the existing letting department by developing new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.* Review current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency.* Advise on resource requirements to expand the department, recruiting and training team members as needed.* Conduct viewings, negotiate leases, and close business deals to ensure a seamless customer experience.* Liaise with tenants to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.* Collaborate closely with the Board to develop a long-term strategy for the department, aligning with the overall company goals.What were looking for:* 3-5 years experience in the lettings industry, preferably leading a team as of recent* Proven track record in lettings* Experience with making key decisions to impact department growth* Wider knowledge of lettings and property management operations* Someone who is ambitious and committed* Self-motivated and passionate about property - especially luxury developments!* A full UK driving license is preferredWhat youll get in return:A basic salary up to £55,000A fantastic bonus scheme with an OTE of around £90,000Amazing Head Office SpaceCertain level of autonomy to influence growthBenefits package
