Job Description

A highly acquisitive firm, this isnt just a technical role - you will have a great opportunity to get involved in commercial finance and ad hoc projects, in addition to a clear progression path and positive, employee focussed culture. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of the Group and subsidiary financial statements
  • Prepare and review monthly group reconciliations under IFRS
  • Prepare key judgement papers as part of the annual audit process
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisers
  • Assist with acquisition integration of newly-acquired companies
  • Perform ad hoc finance projects as and when required
    • Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • ACA / ACCA accountant, ideally with a Top10 audit background
  • Experience of Group consolidations
  • Experience of both IFRS and FRS 102
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
