Role: Graduate Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Manchester Package: £21-23K Basic Salary - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3, £100K Year 4Our client is a Global Life Science, Medical Device & Technology, and Animal Health recruitment company encompassing three business units: SA Executive, SA Staffing & SA Consulting.For the past 15 years, they have been providing innovative and bespoke recruitment solutions across the globe. They count many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharma companies as their partners.They have a vibrant office based in central Manchester that is growing rapidly and have continued to grow through COVID. One thing that all of their staff say they love the most about working there is the people and culture. They also work only mid to seniorlevel appointments as well as retained searches which means higher fees and in return the opportunity to earn much more commission!The Role

• As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
• Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiating, influencing, and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.

The Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelors degree - Graduating in 2020, 2021 or 2022 or 12 months sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop new business relationships.
• Ability to listen, learn and apply new ideas quickly.
• A confident personality and will not be afraid to get on the phones.
• Ability to achieve set targets and working to deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and enjoy a fast paced, but challenging atmosphere.
