Job Description

A Top 10 Accounting Practice are seeking to recruit an Expatriate Tax Manager to join their growing Employer Solutions team.The National Employer Solutions team works with a variety of business types across many different industries including start-up enterprises, mid-market organisations, public sector bodies and large corporates. The Employer Solutions team is very collaborativeand youll work closely with your colleagues in Employment Tax and Rewards specialisms.Your responsibilities in this position will include:

  • Managing the UK tax and social security compliance across a client portfolio - this includes tax returns, payroll, tax briefings, social security compliance
  • Supporting the wider team with the successful delivery of projects
  • Coordinating global mobility programs for UK Headquartered businesses
  • Support internal leadership with business development activities such as new business and identifying opportunities to expand with current clients
  • Assist junior members of the team with their growth and development, such as delivering training, coaching and feedback
Ideally you will be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in the above areas gained within Practice and/or a mix of industry. Youll have worked with both small and large businesses on their cross border workers, and youll enjoy buildingstakeholder relationships, both internal and external.This position can be located out of Manchester (ideally as its the home office), Liverpool, Leeds and Newcastle, and a few other locations.
