UrbanBubble has a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager - Residential to join their team in Manchester. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.We have come a long way from a spare bedroom in 2008 when we started, to now being the fastest growing residential property management company in the North West.About the role:We are looking for a General Manager – Residential to lead a large team across 4 luxury residential developments in Manchester. You will oversee and support a team of community managers across all the sites with team management, operations, H&S, and ensure exceptional high-quality customer service is being delivered at all times.Responsibilities as ourGeneral Manager - Residential will include:- Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure developments are being let up, and ensuring occupancy absorption rates are being met in line with targets- Ensuring your teams are delivering an excellent customer experience in all sites- Working with colleagues to identify opportunities to simplify and improve operational processes that will improve customer service- Building strong communities with all residents in each development, working closely with your management team with plans and ideas on events, and working with any local businesses to encourage links with the local area- Preparing and managing the budget for the building, ensuring the operation is run both effectively and smoothly on behalf of Urbanbubble and the client- Ensuring costs are kept low by effective operational management and 3rd party procurement- Developing and implementing the reporting of Key Performance Indicators as a way of monitoring operational effectiveness- Running a legally and regulatory compliant building at all timesWhat we’re looking for in our General Manager - Residential:Essential:- Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills- Excellent people management skills- Outstanding customer service standards- The ability to work proactively and to use initiative in a highly competitive and dynamic environment- High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm, and a passion for developing themselves and supporting their team- IRPM foundation level qualification (or willing to work towards)- Knowledge of building managementDesirable:- Health and Safety qualification- ARLA qualificationUrbanBubble requires people who are professional, hardworking, innovative, passionate; who are effective in their roles, and who truly engage with the customer.If you believe you are the right candidate for the role as our General Manager - Residential,then please click ‘apply’ now!
