They are revolutionizingthe Global Real Estate sector, and are working with some of the biggest companies in the industry including JLL, Allianz, Blackstone, Savills, and many more.As part of their huge expansion of the Dev team, and to help with the drive of their Engineering platforms, they need a Technical Lead to join the team on a fully remote basis. Youll be part of a delivery squad where youll oversee and run 7 - 8 Front EndEngineers.This is a 100% hands-off role, but you are welcome and encouraged to try out proof of concepts, or pair with your team.Your day-to-day responsibilities and time will be split as per the following: include running scrum rituals such as stand-ups, sprint plannings, and retros, as well as working with the team on how tasks can be technically broken-down and achieved. Your goalis to empower the team and remove any roadblocks that stand in their way, whilst being a beacon of technical strength.You will be working closely with the project managers, designers, and system architects in the squad to hone in on requirements to create an outstanding product.Requirements:
