Finance Systems Manager - D365

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

Provide subject matter expertise, staying abreast of external developments within the D365 space.
Address staff queries related to Finance systems.
Manage and lead the planning of team workloads, overseeing the Finance helpdesk ticketing system, and providing weekly Management information.
Identify business needs, propose solutions, evaluate changes, and manage expectations with external systems support suppliers/providers.
Conduct data and system audit work for internal controls, ensuring proper documentation/support for code releases.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on modules in D365.
Lead month-end close-down for 200+ entities to strict deadlines.
Act as a liaison with the wider IT team, finance business partners, group reporting team, and purchasing.
Serve as the key interface for internal/external auditors on systems supporting Arrow Finance staff with issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrable experience in managing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a multi-company/currency environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and problem-solve issues, following them through to resolution.
Ability to prepare Functional Design Documents.
Understanding of Azure and Microsoft LCS systems.
Proven team player and autonomous worker, driving process documentation and staff cross-training.
Competent in Excel with large volumes of data/pivot tables.
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
Fully Qualified Finance professional, preferably with a financial services background.
Experience with other system integrations (e.g., OCR, BI tools).
Preferred experience with Anaplan.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Word, and an advanced Excel user.
