This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high growth, well financed and currently debt free business as they start their growth journey.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving and improving business processes across various verticals including budgeting, incentives, reporting, financial processes, tax & company planning and performance tracking. They will be confidentembedding strong processes and controls, building and managing a high calibre finance team and driving project work including M&A activity.* Opportunity to stamp your own processes across various verticals* Handle M&A activity and project work* Be part of a supportive and inclusive businessWhat youll do:As a Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our clients organisation. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. This includes everything from hiringand supervising accounting personnel to establishing and maintaining the accounting and finance IT system. Your role will also involve managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting as well as setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), SaaSmetrics and other objectives. You will own the Accounting Function including invoicing, dunning, expenses, payroll, tax, R&D Credits, treasury & management accounts. Additionally, you will produce board pack production and regulatory reporting while handlingequity & revenue financing processes.* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department which includes hiring and supervising of accounting personnel as well as establishing and maintaining the accounting and finance IT system.* Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.* Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), SaaS metrics and other objectives.* Own the Accounting Function including invoicing, dunning, expenses, payroll, tax, R&D Credits, treasury & management accounts.* Produce board pack production and regulatory reporting.* Handle equity & revenue financing processes.* Produce bespoke cost, ROI, budget analysis of product/services, departments and participate in pricing discussions.What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Finance Director role brings a wealth of experience from a startup or high-growth environment. You will have strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Your expertise in financial modelling,valuation techniques, and investment analysis will be crucial to your success in this role. An in-depth understanding of financial statements, reporting standards, and compliance requirements is also essential. Your excellent analytical problem-solving skillswill enable you to navigate any challenges that come your way.
