Job Description

Robert Walters are excited to be representing a global market leading business based in Manchester as they look to appoint a high calibre Finance Business Partner, and future finance leader, to work in partnership with the senior leadership team across aglobal remit.Youll largely partner with Sales and Operational Directors, holding P&L responsibility and driving revenue growth through OPEX efficiency, steering pricing & margin, driving sales through incentives & rewards and targeting opportunity for order maximisation.The role:* Building strong working relationships with an international senior leadership team.* Adding significant OPEX value around sales and orders. * Delivering and assessing KPIs. * Presenting to the board, utillising excellent communication skills, to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. * Monitor the external environment and translate relevant trends into the organisation.* Project work including process and systems improvements and implementations. * Manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts and cash forecasts for the division.* Provide MI to influence business performance and decision making.Experience:* Being ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified. * A degree (ideally in Accounting) from a leading university. * Commercial experience at a senior level within a multinational organisation.* Proven experience in business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis.* Excellent presentation and communication skills with a proven background in delivering financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.* Strong financial modelling skills would be advantageous.This role provides the opportunity to utilise your excellent commercial skill set and add significant value within a global market leading business.
