Finance Analyst (Operational Performance) - Manchester - PermanentWe are looking to attract a Finance Analyst (Operational Performance) to join the Financial Control Team at DWF, an award-winning global legal business on a permanent basisThe Finance Analyst (Operational Performance) will report in to the Finance Operations Director and will be part of a team who leads the delivery of finance management information, providing timely reporting and plays a key role in the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.You will support the Performance Operations team to deliver quality and timely data driven insight to support and improve quality decision making across the group. You will also partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to help shape and deliver against the strategic objectives of the Group and lead on improvement initiatives that improve the operational delivery of finance.This role represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance/FP&A or a Business Analyst with finance experience to partner with senior stakeholders and to be involved in improvement projects.We are keen to hear from candidates who have the ability to summarise and present technical information effectively for a wider range of audiences both within and outside of the Finance function. You will also have the ability to adapt and flex across a number of initiatives and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of solving problems and making recommendations that consider a broad range of factors to aid the delivery of strategic projects.
